Ordering FAQ

Can I order a different size in a top and a bottom?

Yes! All tops and bottoms are sold separately!

Do you have any swimwear in-stock that I can order?

I keep a limited stock of ready to ship swimwear. Any new additions are shared on my socials first so give those a follow so you don't miss the newest re-stock!

How long will it take to recieve my order?

Current production time for Customized swimwear is 1-3 weeks from when you place your order. It is always my goal to have your order finished as soon as possible! In-Stock products that are already made are typically shipped within a couple of days. You will be notified as soon as your order is ready to be picked up or shipped with tracking information.

I just placed my order but I have changed my mind. Can I make a change?

If contacted immediately after placing your order, there is a chance some changes can be made but once your order is in production, no changes can be made to your order.

Shipping FAQ

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Please contact us via email with your full shipping address as well as what you would like to order and I can quote you on shipping. Remember all prices are in Canadian dollars and you will need to account for the exchange rate in your country. 

I need my order sooner, is there a rush option?

Yes! All rush requests are upon approval and need to be requested before your order is placed. Please contact me via email trueleafcollection@gmail.com to request your order and rush deadline. Depending on the time period I may be able to accommodate. There is a $25.00 rush fee that applies to rush orders. Please note that this is to rush the production of your order, not the shipping. If you need your order shipped faster you can request this and get a new shipping quote.

My tracking information says my order has arrived but I did not receive it or it is delayed. What do I do?

Please let me know if you have not received your order within the expected shipping timeframe and I can create a service ticket with Canada Post to help track down your order. All orders come with a $100.00 insurance. If you would like to purchase extra insurance please contact me before placing your order.

Measuring FAQ

I want to purchase some swimwear but I want to try them on first

Try-ons are offered at my various markets when they occur. Follow my Instagram account to get updates on my pop-up events! Please review the sizing chart and if you have any questions with your sizing feel free to contact me via email!

Can I send you my measurements for a custom-made piece?

Yes and no. If you are in between sizes, I can blend your sizes to make a more custom fitted piece but only within the styles that I offer. I recommend to just start by reaching out and we will see what we can do! 

Do you have a guide for taking measurements?

Yes! Our sizing chart includes instructions on how to take your measurements.

Customizing FAQ

I found a swimwear style/fabric on your social media that I like but can't find it on your website. Can I still order it?

Possibly! Feel free to reach out on social media or by email with any questions about fabric options. Sometimes a certain fabric is too limited to offer online but there may be enough for an order! 

How do I order custom swimwear?

It's very simple! Browse the styles that are in the Customize section - either tops, bottoms, or one-piece styles. Choose your size and your fabrics (two choices for your reversible piece). Add to cart, and it'll be put into production!

I have an idea for a *extra* custom swimwear. Do you take bespoke requests?

I'm always open to special customer requests for once in a lifetime trips and events! Send an email to trueleafcollection@gmail.com and I'll be happy to work with you to design your perfect piece.

Returns & Exchanges

I just received my order and it is too big/small. Can I exchange it?

For sanitary reasons, all sales are final. Please review my sizing chart before placing your order to avoid this issue. 

I have just received my order and have found an issue with it (manufactures defect).

I do my best to check over every piece before it goes out but mistakes can happen. Please check over your swimwear when you first get it to make sure it is flawless. Please send an email with pictures to trueleafcollection@gmail.com if you do find a flaw. If it is unworn, tags still attached and within14 days of when you received it, I will cover the costs to ship the original piece back, and ship a new piece out to you.

How do I make my swimwear last?

The best way is to hand wash your garment in cold water with gentle handsoap (detergent not needed!). Rinse in cold water and air dry. Wash after every use​

A kind note that True Leaf Swimwear is not responsible for items with regular wear and tear (ie: bleeding/fading of colours due to washing, snags/pills/rips/tears in fabric).
