SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Depending on your location, shipping in Canada can take anywhere from 2-7 business days.
Orders shipped to the U.S usually take 1-2 weeks.
True Leaf Collection cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items once it is in the hands of the shipper. If your item is missing or damaged please contact us ASAP so a service ticket can be started with Canada Post. All expedited orders come with a $100.00 shipping insurance. If you would like to purchase additional insurance please request this before you place your order. Please note that if you choose ground shipping there is now tracking and no insurance.
EXCHANGE POLICY
For sanitary reasons, True Leaf Collection cannot accept returns/exchanges. We will replace any items containing a manufactures defect (based on availability) if the item is unworn, tags still attached and if contacted within 14 calendar days from date of receiving your order. Please read our FAQ section and our sizing chart before placing an order.
True Leaf Collection is not responsible for items with regular ware and tare i.e bleeding/fading of colours due to washing, snags/pilling/rips/tares in fabric. Please note that screens may display fabric colour differently than in person.

True Leaf Collection can take payment in the form of all major credit cards. At pop-up events, all major credit cards, debit cards, cash and e-transfers can be accepted.
